THE EVENT RULES
(UPDATED 10/20/09)

1. Valid ID required at festival entry for anyone with an Adult Pass or wristband.
2. Tickets may only be used once for each day they are valid.
3. Other than the LWF souvenir wine glasses, no glass containers are allowed.
4. No wine may be taken into the Underwood Center from the festival area.
5. No wine may be taken out of the Underwood Center into the festival area.
6. No littering allowed. Don’t mess with Texas!
7. Wristbands must be retained for subsequent festival entry on the same day.
8. Other than water in clear plastic containers, no beverages are allowed.
9. Other than food for infants and toddlers (under 5), or special dietary needs, no food is allowed.
10. Other than documented guide/aid dogs, no pets/non-humans are allowed.
11. Other than by the wineries, the opening of bottled wine is prohibited on festival grounds.
12. Consumption of alcohol by anyone without a valid adult wristband is strictly prohibited.
13. Wine service ends 30 minutes prior to closing on each day of the event.
14. Tickets may not be modified or altered in any way.
15. Tickets are non-refundable and the LWF cannot be responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
